Pro IRP ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our insurance agent customer relationship management platform ("Service"). As a platform handling Protected Health Information (PHI), we are fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable privacy regulations.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, and professional credentials when you create an account. For client management, agents may store client contact information, policy details, and health-related data as necessary for insurance services.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service; manage agent-client relationships; send appointment reminders and communications; generate risk assessments and retention analytics; comply with legal and regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
When you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events to display scheduling information and create appointments within the platform. We only access calendars you explicitly authorize. Calendar data is stored securely and is only accessible to the authenticated agent who connected the calendar.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS encryption for data in transit, and role-based access controls. All PHI is handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
