These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pro IRP platform ("Service") operated by Pro IRP ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Pro IRP is a customer relationship management platform designed for licensed insurance agents. You must be a licensed insurance professional to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before storing their information in the platform. You agree to use client data only for legitimate insurance business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws including HIPAA.
The Service integrates with Google Calendar to help manage appointments. By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize us to read and create calendar events on your behalf. You may disconnect this integration at any time from your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
